INTRODUCTORY
TAIJI

the Guang Ping Yang Taiji form. Principles of relaxation and
healthy posture will also be covered.
TAIJI-QIGONG
For
students with some Taiji-Qigong experience. Principles of
Taiji-Qigong,
exercises and continuation of Guang Ping Yang
Taiji form. Focus on centeredness, relaxation, and awareness
of qi.
QIGONG EXERCISES
FOR HEALTH
Focus on gathering, cleansing and
circulating Qi for increased health and vitality of all bodily
systems, as well as methods of ridding the body of toxins.
Meditation and relaxation techniques will be an integral
part of this class.
MEDITATION
Exercises for the mind and spirit. Focus on developing a
peaceful mind-set through the relaxing, centering experience
of meditation. A variety of meditation techniques from
the Daoist, Christian and Buddhist traditions will
be explored.
